Welcome to Studio 312 where I live and work as filmmaker and photographer. Situated in the historic Bemis Building, 312 has been used to create videos such as Seattle Drag Excellence, HARD (Michete) and the Seattle Drag Calendar.

312 is for artists to make visual and performance based work.

312 includes a bathroom, kitchen, open space for performance or visual work, a small loft for storage, a large stage for additional creative and/or office space and storage. See space layout below.

*this space is not ideal for working with loud sounds

*furniture changes frequently but there are always furniture and material options for props.

I have 3 pricing tiers which include SUPPORTING, SUSTAINING and COMMUNITY. Please choose the tier that works best for you.

SUPPORTING

helps make studio space more accessible by covering base costs with excess reallocated to community especially BIPOC performers and artists

$50 / hour

$400/day (8+ hours)

SUSTAINING

covers the cost of time, studio rental and materials and supports the continuation of Studio Space

$40 /hour

$300/day (8+hours)

COMMUNITY

A less than the cost of time and materials and is our offer to make this space more accessible. Priority to QTBIPOC artists and performers.
